We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team at our downtown Roanoke location. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food safety certification is a plus
