Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food preparation and presentation, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to create delicious and high-quality meals that align with our standards and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with food prep and cooking during high-volume service periods.
- Uphold quality standards for food presentation and taste.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and fellow team mates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a relevant culinary role.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent training preferred.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting dishes.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food preparation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
